Onsite Work
Our core work is experiential counseling for kids and teens—helping them build real-world skills through movement, projects, responsibility, and challenge.
This work is resource-intensive by design. Tools, materials, space, insurance, and travel all carry real costs.
To keep this work accessible and sustainable, we subsidize a significant portion of our counseling through organizational consulting, executive coaching, and on-site corporate counseling. We are currently committed to an average of 12–17 hours per week of corporate work.
We are actively seeking one additional consulting partner for approximately 7–12 hours per week. Revenue from this partnership would directly support additional outings, the purchase of much-needed equipment, and rising insurance costs.
While each engagement is customized, we’ve found the most effective structure to be a combination of open on-site hours, targeted coaching engagements, and group presentations.
If you think your organization might be a good fit for our onsite services, please email onsite@forwardtherapy.net
